97jl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "97jl" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 97jl online gaming platform operated at 97jl.app and its associated services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 97jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their 97jl account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 97jl that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds and derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means the online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, jackpot fishing, e-sports wagering, and all other products offered by 97jl.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the relevant regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

Access to 97jl is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a binding legal requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and will be strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in your individual capacity.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where access to 97jl would violate local law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or barred from 97jl or from any other gaming platform for conduct-related reasons.
• Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single Player is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section.

Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their 97jl accounts. The following rules govern account use:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time authentication codes.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• Any wager placed or transaction executed through your account — whether or not authorized by you — shall be your sole responsibility. 97jl shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify 97jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting support via live chat or email.
• Account names, usernames, and display handles must not contain offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate language as determined by 97jl in its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on 97jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods (including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph) are published on the Cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 97jl is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. 97jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation (including valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Cashier section.

• Withdrawal requests that exceed applicable thresholds may require enhanced due diligence documentation.
• 97jl reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Player's Real Money Balance where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Funds deposited into a 97jl account must be used for wagering purposes. Deposits made and immediately withdrawn without sufficient wagering activity may be subject to processing fees or declined at 97jl's discretion.
• 97jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The deposit method must be registered in your own name.

97jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are valid for a specified time period. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after expiry will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games as specified in the promotion. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes fraud.
• 97jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet minimum withdrawal thresholds until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus Balances. Exceeding the stated maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

Suspected abuse of bonuses — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

By placing any wager on 97jl, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 97jl does not accept requests to void, cancel, or reverse confirmed wagers except in circumstances of technical malfunction or manifest error as determined solely by 97jl.
• Game outcomes in slot and RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generators and are not subject to manipulation by 97jl staff or Players.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time and subject to the physical outcomes of cards, dice, and wheels. 97jl does not control live dealer actions and bears no liability for outcomes consistent with the game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, 97jl reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to Players' Real Money Balances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table, game, and wager type. These are displayed within the game interface.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they are aware of the rules of each game before placing a wager. 97jl provides game rules and pay tables within the game interface.

The results of all games played on 97jl are final and binding upon the Player and 97jl, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 97jl platform. Any Player found to be engaging in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other Players or dealers to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering or financial crime through the Platform.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after the corresponding wagers have been settled.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the 97jl system, servers, or software.

97jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial harm.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing their time and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months are available upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Re-entry after a self-exclusion period requires written request and a 7-day review period.

97jl cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and refers players with gambling-related difficulties to appropriate counseling resources available in the Philippines. If you believe your gaming behavior is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account or to contact 97jl support at any time.

All content on the 97jl Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 97jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 97jl Platform without express written authorization.
• The 97jl name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97jl excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses attributable to your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game odds, payout tables, or promotional terms.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 97jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

97jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
• 97jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary for service delivery (e.g., with payment processors, game providers) or where required by law.
• Your data is stored and protected in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 97jl support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method after verification.
• 97jl-Initiated Closure: 97jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where these Terms have been breached, where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, or where regulatory compliance requires it.
• Upon account closure, any Bonus Balance — including any winnings derived from bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met — will be forfeited.
• 97jl will retain a record of account activity for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by applicable law and regulation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 97jl, you agree to first contact 97jl's support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with your use of 97jl shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

97jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 97jl will notify registered Players by email or through a prominent notice within the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms come into effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 97jl to request account closure.
